If you need to replace an iPhone battery, make sure to disable find my iPhone before showing up. It’s not mentioned on their website and they didn’t mention it on the phone when setting the appointment up a few days before. The tech said it could only be disabled on home wifi and wouldn’t touch the phone otherwise. Never been an issue before.
I brought my iPhone in for repair and it was done super fast! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
I went in to have my iPhone restored after a large update that essentially bricked my phone. I gave it to the girl who said it would take about 20 minutes. After about 5 she came out saying that she couldn't do it. This was completely not her fault, if she couldn't do anything, she couldn't do it. It was very passive and unhelpful, instead of offering any advice or alternatives she sent me out the door. I then called Apple Support, where I spoke to a very professional and nice representative, who apologized on Megabyte's behalf for the lack of help and frankly rude customer service. The representative then sent me to Best Buy where they wiped the phone and were extremely helpful. This entire experience was unhelpful and passive. I hope in the future customer service can be prioritized in interactions!
I’m very satisfied with the repair service for my MacBook. The staff were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. My device now works perfectly. Definitely recommend them.
