Website sucks. The website is a joke and not very helpful. They might as well not have a website. I'm going to have to call them of go to the store to find out if they have what I need and the price. I want my time back that I wasted looking for what I need.

One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered in a hardware store. They were so rude and disrespectful they acted like they did not even care, about what I was asking them. I recommend another hardware store. Treat your customers with respect and they'll come back, unfortunately. the kid who was "helping me" (I use the term "helping me" very lightly.) left a bad experience, not one's did they thanked me for coming in to their store, I told them that, I will be taking my business elsewhere, from now on.

The younger taller guy with blonde hair (manager?) and the younger guy with the beard always have attitudes for some reason. They just love to roll their eyes and make stupid faces if God forbid you have to add something to your order or ask a question about a product. Honestly, they're so annoying to deal with I wish I had a better option here in Butte but don't. If I did I would go elsewhere and forego the stupid attitudes. Jim on the other hand is always helpful and unaffected by questions. I'd say if simple questions about products or last minute add ons bothers you that much, you're probably have the wrong job.

Absolutely appalled at our last experience in this store worst experience I've had, ever. Just glad there are other options in Butte and more to come. Some of the employees are out of line.
