They don’t even deserve 1 star. They scammed me out of my money. They’ve also done this with my cousin and mom before with different phone issues. I don’t like giving bad reviews for places but I’m PISSED. I was told 3 different things. Was told I’d get a call back. Went almost a week not hearing anything about my phone. And was told I would get a refund and now they’re REFUSING to give me my refund. I’m very angry. I would HIGHLY recommend not going to any MCW because they’re all scammers.

Excellent Service! I had a techincal issue with my galaxy S22 I took it to the verizon store and they could not fix it. I took it to mc wireless and Elizabeth was able to fix it very quickly. I highly recommend them.

My iPhone 6s has a battery problem lately and it needed a replacement. So I heard good things about this place so I let them replaced the battery and it cost me $45 today. The staffs did an excellent job and they’re very nice. This is a great place to get a quick repair for your phone.

Had my phone screen fixed here for $80 which isn’t bad but after a couple of weeks, the screen started glitching out and started having some problems with it to where the phone wouldn’t turn off, doesn’t respond to any type of touch on the screen and whenever you do touch the screen it does something totally different. Don’t know if they used a cheap display for it but it’s a bummer tho
