I am so happy that I happened to wander in to McDonald Carpet and was greeted by Tracy who listened to my needs and then directed me to the back room where they had many great carpets in remnants and large rolls, which is just what I needed. I found a beautiful wool Berber carpet in the perfect color for a wonderful price. Within days, Tracy came to my house and did the measure and layout. It took no time to get on their installation schedule. Their installers, Carlos and Oscar, were excellent, experienced and professional. From the beginning to the end of my experience, I was treated with kindness, care, and expertise. Our project was replacing old laminate with new vinyl plank flooring. This involved the selection of new material, demolition of the old laminate, floor preparation and installation of the vinyl plank. Existing floor molding also required removal and reinstallation. McDonald Carpet One did a fantastic job throughout the project. April and the installers were professional and knowledgeable. Andrew and his assistants are all long term employees of the company and therefore dedicated to installing a beautiful new floor. They are highly recommended.
