Jason is so knowledgeable and humble at the same time. My experience with McCardle's intermittently over the years has always been positive, they are always honest and trying to save me money if they can. Thank you for being the neighborhood family owned place that we can rely upon !!!

I came in when several dashboard lights went on. They misdiagnosed the car, and charged me $800 to replace the sensors. Not even a day after the repairs the lights came back on. It took over a week for them to take a look at the car again, so I looked into the issue on my own. It turns out my AC drain pipe was clogged, and I was easily able to fix the issue. After this the lights didn't come back on. When I called and confronted them about the costly misdiagnosis, they tried to convince me the sensors still needed replacing and wouldn't offer a refund or solution of any kind. Dave's prices are extremely reasonable and Dave is an honest mechanic and a really nice guy. Everyone should get their car serviced there.

I asked them to leave the lift one my truck but it was seized and still did the job without contacting me. Now my truck sits 1inch lower on the front.
