Jonathan and the gentleman that helped him (sorry forgot his name!) were very thorough and communicative during the entire maintenance visit. They updated me throughout their work to let me know what was going on and made me feel at ease the entire time. I went with their recommendations for repair and very happy I did. I would suggest them to anyone and am very pleased with the work they did at our home!
M&B is wonderful. They had previously worked on the HVAC for my business, so when I needed a replacement HVAC for a rental property, they were the first ones I thought about. We scheduled the install for a Thursday, knowing I had renters coming in the following day. The first unit they installed had a leak- they were able to get a new unit and reinstall ALL before 930am the following day so that the guests could check in on time! I highly reccomend!
While replacing an HVAC system at Christmas time is not my favorite thing to do, I must give a shout out to M&B for their work on this project. From Project Manager Chris, to Install Supervisor Eric, to his team of Matt & Freddy, the work was exceptional. They were professional in all ways and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend.
