DO NOT GO HERE. $4,000 down the drain from a misdiagnosed repair from the owner Justin. This guy knew he didn’t fix the issue I had come to him for, pulled a fast one on me and had me pay him knowing it wasn’t gonna last longer than a few miles down the road. He kept my truck for over 2 months to fix a timing chain, a 3 day job at best. 2 months! When I picked it up it fell apart and was worse than when I brought it in. I took it back, and he claims he redid the work but wouldn’t explain why… then I picked it up again! And it lasted a few blocks before I brought it back. He needs to go work for someone and give up trying to do his own thing, he can’t handle the responsibilities of managing his time, let alone make sound concerning repairs. 2 months on a timing chain… $4,000 and the guy blows up on the phone and hangs up… I’m sorry, but what did I do wrong? I guarantee if I didn’t pay him before driving the truck he’d have fixed it no matter what. But he knows how to scam people. He’s done it before, and he’s going to do it again. Used Maywood multiple times for an engine overhaul, tailgate door repair and exhaust work. Always friendly. Repairs done when they say they'll be done. There's a real person answering the phone instead of a machine. But most of all, the shop looks like a guys repair shop. Not a sanitized national chain store.
