I am so happy about my experience with the Metchen NJ location of Mavis. Mark and Rubin went well beyond to help fix the problem with my car... I was able to make my purchase and get my vehicle back in less than two hours all 4 tires replaced. Q gave wonderful service. Very kind and also helped me a lot with price ranges and helped me look at different tires so I could get my proper staggered set up. He helped me a lot I would definitely come back to this shop.
First and foremost Tay at the front desk was so pleasing to deal with. She made sure to keep me posted step by step and fully transparent. I came when a couple of technicians were busy however as soon as they were free my car was taken in and taken care of. Great service great experience fully recommend when needing any tire repairs oil changes or work being done on car
