I brought my phone to Maui Cell Phone Repair to fix a simple issue with the power button. What should’ve been a quick repair turned into a month-long headache. After dropping it off, I didn’t hear anything for over a week. I had to call them, only to be told the part they ordered was wrong. Another week went by — still nothing — and when I called again, they admitted they ordered the wrong part a second time. Finally, after weeks of silence, they said the right part came in. They replaced my screen without approval to do so. When I dropped off my phone for diagnostic, they just replaced screen, such was a good news at that moment cause I was thinking my phone is dead. Since I didn’t approve replacement right away, I purchased new phone right away and unapproved repair cost was 390$. Had to cancel new phone purchase. I spent over $400 a month ago for this store to replace the screen on my iPhone 13 Pro. No problem, I dropped it the screen broke, zero complaints at all. I didn’t want to have this happen again so I bought an expensive heavy duty phone case and a glass screen protector. Today I go to check my phone during lunch and the screen is black. I can hear it functioning but the screen wasn’t working. Zero damage to the phone. I’m all the shop, I take it in and the man working there points out that there is almost a bubble looking defect in the screen and because of that they will not fix it without me paying for the repair. Yosef was very professional and very quick with my repair, also very helpful with recommendations on how to maintain my phone better. Highly recommend Maui cell phone repair if you have problems with your phone. Also found out they sell refurbished phones for pretty reasonable prices. 11/10

Went in there told me it’d be ready in an hour came back hour later and it was done felt brand new and the customer service was excellent. Yusuf who assisted me was a great sport and did his part of the job flawlessly.
