They were able to come out and give us an estimate within 2 days if me reaching out. And then they were able to come start 2 days after that. The floor looks fantastic!! Nestor did a great job! I attached some before and after photos!
Worked with Matthews Hardwood Floors via our Ironcreek contractor, but I had the luck/timing to meet the owner as he delivered the oak boards for the new floors to install that week. In our kitchen remodel the old vinyl floor layers and original hardwood were removed given the state they were in, all this was done in advance. We were out of town the week the floors went in. When we came back it was amazing how well trimmed the edges were and that it matched the existing floors in the rest of the house perfectly. They also put in much more elegant step edges on the two stairs. A huge complement to the kitchen overall to blend with the res... Matthews Hardwood Floors just refinished all our hardwood floors. They were in pretty bad shape and they turned out beautifully! We chose no stain and a semi gloss finish. We also had them paint the trim and that turned out great also. I’d highly recommend Pratt Matthews and his company.
