Bryant was professional, courteous and helpful. I have primitive knowledge of computers and systems and he walked me through everything I needed to get set up without treating me like I was an idiot. If you want to be taught and not talked at, Bryant is your guy.
Great customer service! Professional, yet easy going. Bryant took the time to check my iPhone and deduced a couple of problems and informed me he was unable to fix the charging port but someone else might be able to. (Refreshingly honest). And then loaned me an external charger until I could order my own. AT NO CHARGE! I highly recommend this shop!
The gentleman who runs this business fixed my phone screen and did an excellent job. His four legged assistant kept me occupied while we got the bill settled. Will use again.
