Alex was an absolute pleasure to work with. I called in the early afternoon for an emergency evaluation of our A/C unit that had stopped working, and he arrived within 2 hours. He walked me through a few troubleshooting steps before determining that a new motor was needed. True to his word, he returned shortly with the replacement, completed the installation, and even performed additional maintenance on the entire system. Every step of the process was handled with courtesy, professionalism, and clear expertise. I would strongly recommend Alex and will most certainly use him again.

i have a fujitsu system that needed repair. there was an error code that another company couldn’t figure out. i called them & they came within 3 hours on a 94 degree day. they were able to fix it & give me a warranty as well. thank you to alex & his team for being so quick & helpful.

7/25/25 the team had excellent and quick service. Responding very fast to same day emergency and came within 1 hour of contacting them to help. Entire issue resolved within 30 minutes of starting the job. Very patient and understanding
