Excellent and friendly service. I brought my pc in for service and was very satisfied with the results. I had figured my cpu was about to kark it but was told my hard drive was the problem. After they swapped it out for a new one my pc is running great, the boot time is faster now as well! Coincidentally the camera lense on my phone needed to be replaced also and after about a week for the part to get it he had it fixed and back in my hand after about 10 minutes. Definitely would recommend.

Only place in Pahrump that works on Apple products. I had my watch battery replaced on my series 7. 👍

Great place for any repair work needed. These guys know their stuff. My Dzees security camera had a loose wire and it had been a long time since I was in the store. It was fixed while I waited and there was no charge. I really appreciate this and wanted them to know. I have been dealing with them for years but not recently.
Thanks again to you all.

I brought my Xbox series x in about a month ago because the HDMI port was broken. Upon picking it up, it worked for about a week and a half before the picture stopped projecting onto the TV screen, so I brought it back in only to be told I had exceeded my warranty (though I had originally been told MasterTech’s policy is 30 days, and I had not passed that). I asked if I could just get a quote for how much it’d be to fix it again, and rather than receiving said quote I received a call stating they already fixed it, and I’d be expected to pay an additional $96 (the first price I’d already paid), essentially paying double for a ~$100 job that wa...I brought my Xbox series x in about a month ago because the HDMI port was broken. The owner was nice enough to return my Xbox without charging me due to his employees’ mistake, however, it’s only been about 5 days since I picked up my Xbox and yet again it’s not working. The Xbox hasn’t been moved, touched, or handled in the time I’ve had it, so I’m really at a loss with what exactly has been “fixed.” I’d much rather be told they can’t figure it out/can’t get the job done than to be given false hope that it is fixed only for it to repeatedly stop working. Needless to say I won’t be bringing it back in.
