Master Rooter did an outstanding job. Steven was on-site within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting. They dug up our 1,500-gallon tank, replaced damaged baffles, fully pumped it out, and properly cleaned and sanitized ii. They also installed risers to make future maintenance easier. The work was efficient, done right the first time, and the area was left in great shape. As a veteran, I truly appreciated the generous military discount. Fast response, honest communication, fair pricing, and quality work. Highly recommend Master Rooter and Steven.

Extremely frustrating and stressful experience. I contacted this company specifically for a septic pumping. Instead, the technician dug up my yard, opened a lid that had never been accessed before, broke it, replaced it, and then refused to perform the pumping unless I agreed to a $2,000 repair. After disturbing my property, leaving a large dirt patch in the lawn, and creating more mess than there was before, nothing was actually fixed. No pumping was done. No temporary solution was offered.
