I was having issues with my car and started calling around. John was the ONLY shop that asked what was going on and was able to get me in the next day. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fix my car, at no fault of his, but because of how friendly, helpful and professional they are we will be taking our vehicles there 8n the future!
They are always extremely patient with this old lady who knows nothing about cars. I have been there twice and both times I was very pleased with their work. They were highly recommended by my brother in law and also my neighbor who also uses them.
My experience with Stan and his staff is unlike anything I've ever experienced at any repair shop. They are beyond professional, and they make you feel at home in their waiting lounge. Free coffee, water, or Pepsi, and lots of candy are on offer. The prices are fair, and they go above and beyond to keep you driving. There was one time when they did work on my vehicle, and the problem still didn't quite seem to be solved. Now this is the only time they never were able to solve the problem on the first go. But, they did more work over three more visits, and never charged me for the repeat work. THAT, is integrity! I highly recommend this crew... I was recommended this place by a friend who also takes her vehicle there. They always have timely service and I do t feel like I’m being taken advantage of when I talk to them. They don’t talk down to me as if I don’t know what I’m talking about and I appreciate that so much. Prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend
