Bill Maser and his team refinished 1000 sq ft of red oak floors in our home a month ago. We had 2000 sq ft of red oak flooring with a clear coat Swedish finish, and only wanted to refinish half of that. Bill was exceptionally knowledgeable about the flooring and refinishing process, and advised us on the best approach to achieve our goal. His team was able to match the old floors to the new floors remarkably well and they treated our home and belongs with care. We were so happy to find Bill Maser and his company. He was recommended to us by our contractor when we were having work done at a rental. We’d thought we would replace the carpeting there, but our contractor said that with the price of carpeting today and with the reasonable charges of his hardwood refinishing guy, we should consider having the floors refinished.

Bill is very personable and easy to work with. He has high standards for customer service, which are reflected in the work practices of his crew. They did a great job of protecting our home from dust and cleaned up carefully. Bill counseled us about the condition of the floors in both houses, what he could do to address damage, and exactly what kind and color of finish were most suitable. He also gave us advice about moving our furniture and rugs back in and ongoing care of the floors.
Bill’s crew is very skilled. They showed up when he said they would, worked hard and speedily, and were pleasant to have around.
We felt what we were charged was fair, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Bill’s company again. Highly recommend!

Bill’s work is amazing. He is thorough, detail-oriented, and the customer service is top quality. We’ve had his team install hardwoods twice for us, both difficult jobs.
The first time they had to match 20 yr old maple floors that had been refinished a dark gray. They matched the grain and color perfectly, and even touched up the old floor areas. Second install was over concrete, and was much more work than expected, but still turned out gorgeous. We are now planning a third installation with him and his team because they are so great to work with.

We had our maple hardwoods refinished and are thrilled with the work. The crew were respectful and their attention to detail was excellent. Bill was understanding of how hard it is to have to leave your home and basically move out for the duration of the job. He discussed product options and expectations and it all went very smoothly.
