Left a bad taste in my mouth anytime I have to drop $1300 and then nine days later I have to go back and leave my car an additional two days. Everywhere I go I smell rats

Our family vehicle went down this week, with a 12 week old and out of state hockey tournament coming up; it was looking like an expensive rental week. The guys at Marzocchi got us in on Monday and had it done by Wednesday, and were super fair on pricing! After kindly noticing my little one they even offered a rental if needed, I can't recommend this shop enough!

WISH I COULD PUT NO STARS. The owner or manager whoever the bald guy is, is very rude. My dad and I brought my car here for a diagnostic test and considering he could not look at my car until a week later my dad simply asked him "you will give us a call before you touch or fix anything right?" And he reply in a very rude tone "Well I have to look at it first (sarcastically) plus it's a '94 so I wouldn't waste my money into the car". Not sure if it's a race thing or not but we just found it very rude and unpleasant of a visit and to make it worse he was working on an '80 something camaro, we're wondering if the camaro owner got the same attitu... My bmw broke down while driving cross country and I had to google European techs in the area. So thankful I found Marzocchi imports, they saved my day. The service was quick, easy and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I wish they were my local technician!
