Good experience. Great selection, nice employees. Definitely better than the"big box" alternatives. Surprised to find their pricing very competitive. Will be back.

This store is very clean and organized. The staff are all very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is a great place to have on the east side of town when Lowe's is just too far out of the way or you don't have time to deal with the crowds. The only reason I did not give this store the full 5 stars is that their selection of inventory is not quite as inclusive and large as other home improvement stores such as Lowe's but they do have all the basics for the most part. I think there has been once I had to make an additional trip to town to get something from Lowe's that they did not have at Marvin's but other than that it is a great place to... Before I drove across town I calked the store to find out if they had the item I wanted to purchase. I was put on hold while they checked and no one ever came back to the phone. Instead, after a wait of 6 minutes, I heard another “ring tone”, and a robot voice told me to no one is available to take my call and to leave a voice messsge! This is the reason so many people order from Amazon instead of shopping eith local, home town businesses!!!!
