Martin’s Paving did a great job sealing our blacktop driveway. They took special care around our landscaping stones. Extremely friendly customer service! I would highly recommend using them.

We were extremely satisfied with Martiny Paving for our driveway. The crew was very professional and friendly. The job was done perfectly, it looks amazing and we highly recommend them. When comparing companies the price was very competitive and after talking with Martiny we thought that they were the best option and this proved to be a great decision. Our driveway was a little tricky with the fact we live on a highway and our driveway is angled. We also have a rock wall bordering it which they took great care in bringing the blacktop up to it. We would definitely recommend them.

Upon seeing their response, I will go into more detail. My original review is still below :-)
Update: I stand by my review as an accurate reflection of my experience. While the company refunded my deposit (as noted in my original review), the core issue was not weather delays or permits — it was the unprofessional communication I experienced. They scheduled the appointment, told me Bryce would call, and then canceled after I had already coordinated with my other contractor and rearranged everything to accommodate them. I was repeatedly promised follow-up that never happened, then yelled at and blamed instead of being treated respectfully. If...Upon seeing their response, I will go into more detail. If the yelling was truly because Bryce was on a loud job site (as claimed), then why was he calm and polite when speaking to my significant other shortly after? That shows it was personal, not circumstantial. I purposely kept my review brief rather than outlining every detail, and I think it speaks volumes that my short account stands in such contrast to your lengthy, defensive response. Ironically, I wish I had left this review sooner — it’s the fastest response I’ve ever gotten compared to the weeks of waiting when I was simply trying to get my project scheduled after obtaining the permit.
Original review: At first, Bryce was responsive, but once I made a down payment, the effective communication completely stopped. I would call the office and was repeatedly told Bryce would follow up, but he never did. When I raised my concerns about the lack of communication, Bryce eventually called back—only to start yelling at me. He even told my significant other that I was being rude (seriously!?). His wife later came by to issue a refund, but still tried to argue about the situation. When I explained what Bryce had said to me, she admitted that ‘he doesn’t always have the best communication.’ The only positive part of this experience was that I did get my money back. My advice: steer clear.
