I've tried numerous times to get someone to come out to my Brazil home for quotes on various projects and on the rare occasion I was finally able to get a hold of someone over the phone, there was always something going on that required me to call back at a later time (i.e. - "Call me back in a week," "Sorry, I was sick all last week," "Let me get back with you, we're really swamped right now," rinse and repeat).

Emailed them on May 1 for a quote, no reply. Called them on May 6 left a message for a quote, no reply. I have moved on to other contractors. Zero professionalism.
