I have used Marquis Well & Pump twice now and have been very happy with service on both occasions. I called with an issue and they came out day of to get my water filter sorted. I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks so much!
Answered there phone on a Sunday and sent someone out first thing the next morning to access the issue. They had it figured out in less than 15 minutes and gave me a fair price. 90 minutes later we had water with a new well pump and pressure tank installed. I would highly recommend. Thanks!
We woke up Wednesday morning to no water coming into the house. We had a plumber come by a few hours later who suspected it was the well pump. I contacted Marquis that afternoon. Randy responded very quickly to my text, letting me know he would have somewhat out the next morning. 9AM the next morning Tom showed up. He quickly confirmed that the well pump was shot. Within an hour he had replaced the pump and wiring, in freezing temps no less! Tom was friendly and professional, answering our questions and explaining things as he went. We greatly appreciate you! Randy and his father provided truly exceptional service. After our well pump and pressure tank failed on Christmas morning, they arrived at our home by 10:15 AM, fully prepared to address the issue. They worked efficiently and professionally, replacing the system and restoring our water service in a remarkably short amount of time. They were quite literally out there performing a Christmas miracle! We are extremely grateful for their dedication to their work, responsiveness, expertise, and professionalism.
Marquis well and pump, This is the only company you should be dealing with for your water System ,, I have dealt with two other Water companies, I live in Acton Maine , The company that was taken care of my water needs jacked me around for a whole week knowing I had no water,they said they were coming, and no call to let me know they weren’t ,,,, it got to be the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend, I called Marquis,, I didn’t think I would get anywhere right before holiday weekend, but I had to try ,, He called me back within 20 minutes ,, Asked me to send him some pictures. He said he had a pump there. He came and changed my pump and...
