Jimmy brought my Michael Kors boots back to life! I’ve had them since before the pandemic. The bottoms were worn and sounded like a horse shoes galloping when I walked. Jimmy at Marlow Heights Shoe Repair did an amazing job and made my Michael Kors boots just like new! Excellent customer service and superb workmanship! I will return here for all of my shoe repair needs. Highly recommend!
Second time using this place and they are a rip off. Quoted a price for bag repair, had it for 2 months, and waited until I got there to cut the ends, clean up the stitch, and spray-painted the bottom of my bag to cover what wasn't repaired. For $50! Do not recommend! And did not change the hardware as discussed. Don't leave it for “donations.” Donate it yourself.
Brought in a leather jacket with a snap button issue and Jimmy took great care of it. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He fixed it quickly, charged very little, and even took the time to compliment the jacket and give care advice. Hard to find service like this anymore. Highly recommend Marlow Shoe Repair.
