My dishwasher was fixed by Rick from Marlborough Appliance Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. He was incredibly informed, professional, and efficient. For any more repairs, I will without a doubt give them another call.
I called Marlboro Appliance Repair and Edward answered. I gave him a quick rundown over the phone of what the dishwasher was and wasn't doing. He said he could come over and take a look immediately. After a bit of troubleshooting he knew what the issue was and had it up and running again in about 15 minutes. All told it was fixed an hour after I made the phone call. What more can you ask for?
Freezer stopped working called Marlboro he said he would come the next day (today) between 10-2 took the appointment. But still called around to see if i could get another appointment sooner so we didn’t have to throw all of our groceries away. Apparently he’s the same as Worcester appliance repair and so when we called there he was rude and said he gets charged for each phone call he gets then asked if we wanted to cancel our appointment, no we did not want to cancel. Sorry that we didn’t know it was the same person, and secondly if you are getting charged per call you should change your phone service provider. Needless to say he never sh...
