Mark is personable and a wealth of information. He has a good supply of cleaning products as well as vacuum cleaners for sale. 2.29.24- He checked out my old Singer Athena 2000 sewing machine and instead of a problem with the tension it was pilot threading error ... haha, been so long I've forgotten the basics of operating my nearly 50 year old machine!

I live in Las Vegas and have been going to Mark for over 13 years. I found him after a couple of bad internet purchases and did not know where to go. After meeting Mark, it was obvious to me that I had found what I was looking for. Mark and his wife Teri are kind caring people who know their business. They are not pushy, are very patient and really care about helping me with repair or a new machine. I will continue to drive to Mark because there is no Mark in Vegas!
