When one takes the time to contact a company, send photos of the scope of work, and the company commits to a date and approximate time of day for the company to visit the worksite for an estimate, the expectation is that the company show up or at the very least communicate they will not be able to. Neither happened after initial contact with this company. We contracted another company 2 days later.

Mark, he's a good guy, he does great work. I called him on a Tuesday. He came by Wednesday and Took care of business. Put my fence up and cut down the tree for free. Keep up the good work.Mark great job
