I recently, today, June 20, 2025, just had my carpets and some furniture cleaned by Mark's Carpet Cleaning. His sons did an amazing amazing job. Very professional very experienced and I would absolutely refer them to anyone. They will come back to my home.
This is the 2nd time these same two gentleman, I wish I had their names, came out to service the local Airbnb I care for within the span of a few weeks. Due to negligent guests, our carpets were tarnished due to pets brought in without being mentioned. Not only was the service itself impeccable beyond all belief, the customer service itself was up to par if not beyond. These are the kinds of men you would allow in your house whether you are there or not present. Myself and my son were cleaning while they came to service the home and they made us feel very comfortable. It was easy to do my job alongside them. Very skilled, kind, sensitive to m... Thank you again for making my job easy and comfortable. I would recommend this business to anyone a million times over. Bravo. I included one stain that caused me a lot of distress. The stain, smell, and crunchiness is all gone. So impressive. All other stains have disappeared as well.
Had Mark’s carpet cleaning company out today cleaned our entire ground floor did a very thorough job. Carpets look wonderful very professional young men. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again
