Fair pricing, good work, and friendly staff. This was the second shop I stopped at after having an issue with my exhaust system, first place was 3 weeks out for an appointment, then found Mark Muffler Shop on Google and figured I'd swing by. Glad I did! I could tell they had a lot of vehicles in the front to be worked on but they took my car right away (even as a walk-in, no appointment), gave me a fair price quote, and I was driving away from their business in less than an hour with a solid exhaust system again. I would have no problem recommending them (and already have) to people I know.
They were fast, courteous, and fixed the problem. They forgot to mention that the vehicle had other issues making it undrivable. There is no defense when the Muffler and exhaust pipe are completely clogged! Van caught fire! Thank God no one was hurt! We left, and the only thing you day is,"it's idling fast." Really?!? A trained Muffler shop but you don't notice the rust and mud, inside and out, front to back???
Nice people and lobby but way overpriced .they quoted me $300 to replace a short piece of exhaust pipe that had rusted out at the seam .it was about 1 and 1/2 ft to 2 ft long. I got the repair done at another shop for only $70 total and they taxed my muffler up in place. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to work on the car or they thought that I had money.
