Mainsfield Auto has always done a terrific job for all of our vehicles. Recently had a major issue with our Infiniti QX 60 rear differential. I knew it was going to be a big ticket repair. Mansfield auto took the time to give us options and priced out a used or new rear differential. For us, the age of the vehicle, we went with the used differential which was significantly less than the new option. It’s been over a month, and the vehicle feels better than it ever has. Really appreciate Mansfield Auto investigating other options for us And appreciate their workmanship

I took my car to Mansfield Auto Care for a second opinion after Firestone in Mansfield told me I needed a new tie rod, tires, and an alignment—over $1,000 worth of work. Mansfield Auto Care was honest and thorough and explained that I didn’t need a new tie rod at all. I only needed a ball joint and an alignment, which ended up costing about half of what Firestone quoted. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Save yourself the pain and go to Mansfield Auto Care first!
