JT has been really great through this whole process... and it WAS a process. He took a lot of the burden of calling and dealing with the insurance company, which he deserves a nice little bonus for because they were definitely hard to deal with. He took the time to come out when we needed him, explained everything that we had questions about, and even hooked us up on other work that was needing done. Professionally, this guy is a ROCK STAR.
