A good friend of mine referred Major Restoration Services to me when I was looking to finish my basement. They came out promptly to provide an estimate, after agreeing on a price work began within two weeks. The total project took about 6 weeks to complete. At the completion of the project I was beyond impressed. When visitors come for the first time everyone is impressed and we always get complements. I have and will continue to refer MRS to anyone that is looking to remodel their house or if they have any sort of property damage.

Duy, the estimator, did an accurate assessment of the water damage affecting two-thirds of our house and determined a timetable for restoration. He streamlined the process with the insurance inspector. Subsequently, there were no challenges in working with the insurance company. Duy was willing to order from a new source, when we found paneling identical to the original. Jason did excellent work with procuring and installing replacement doors. The big shout-out goes to Anthony and Cameron who were the two men who did the work restoring the house. Anthony assessed what was needed and determined the best way to proceed. While they were working, Anthony and Cameron were diligent about protecting other areas of the house. Anthony regularly relayed any concerns we had to the decision-makers at the office. We trusted them at all times when they were in the house. It was also a bonus, that although in disarray, we were able to live in the house throughout the restoration process. Not only were we pleased with the end result, but we were thankful throughout the restoration project, that Major Restoration was the company doing the job.
