Not only did he help me troubleshoot while I was unable to remoted in, but his willingness to stick with the issue until it was fixed was top-tier IT hero stuff. Professionally, they were uncooperative at best. Even months after they supposedly ended our contract, we still find pieces of their software on our systems. Even though they agreed to manage our QuickBooks software on their server, they refused to assist because, "we don't like QuickBooks." This was actually said in a conversation regarding a simple update. I'm sure they are fine for many, but for most? Don't use this company.
