This is my first time having someone clean my house and I’m so glad I did it! We try to keep a clean house, but work and life get in the way, and it’s hard to stay on top of it all. I was not happy with many aspects of this service. I was given a window of 11-3 arrival?? I contracted this company because they were insured and bonded and posted a 49 point list of this that were covered. Since the girl left I have been trying to contact then regard in the numerous items that were missed, that is a few hours now and no responds from phone calls left nor e-mails. Maybe because it is a holiday, but no stated on the site , open until 9. I have taken photos of everything that was missed, I would run out of space if I listed them all.
After I contacted Jennifer with my remarks I was reminded that there was a 24 hr guarantee....I was not happy with many aspects of this service. I was given a window of 11-3 arrival?? I had always been used to two cleaners and that way the time was shorter and with so many medical appt , this was always beneficial. Not only were Nancy and Luz very personal but very professional also. They went over many of the items that add been previously missed. and did a wonderful job. I was very happy with this team. I have requested them for my next appt. and was also give a decent arrival time of 1 hour in the future, not 4, which was unacceptable. Thanks you Nancy and Luz.
