Loved working with Jordan. We had both a wood fence and an iron fence installed. He was great to work with, highly responsive and extremely helpful when some of the work needed some tweaking. Would absolutely work with him again.

We had our backyard fence professionally stained and sealed after years of sun exposure started fading the wood unevenly. The crew cleaned the surface thoroughly before applying the stain, which made a noticeable difference in the final appearance. The project took about two days including drying time. Compared to before, the fence looks dramatically refreshed and much more protected against future weather damage. The stain color brought out the natural grain of the wood and made the entire backyard feel more polished overall. It’s a maintenance project that improved both appearance and long-term durability significantly.

Magnolia Fence and Patio recently completed a fence and deck project which involved demolishing a large, roughly 30-year-old two level wooden deck and the fence surrounding most of the property and replacing them with a single level composite deck and a new 6-foot fence with an additional gate. The project was complicated by the fact the backyard is on a steep incline with a big drop towards the creek behind the house. We got bids from three companies and Magnolia was the middle one.
