My ps5 that I brought into the store was over heating and turning off soon as I went online in nba 2k26 , and then my niece kicked over my ps5 and it just started powering off at start up and sounded like something was moving inside of it. It was looking bad for my ps5. There are 2 APU’s in the ps5 where the Liquid Metal is applied and they need to touch each other , my apu’s were not making contact because one of the sides was completely snapped off its metal plate, which was bonded with a special expoxy glue or somethin...Wow , like wow Foreal ! with no exaggeration I am super impressed with the service I received on about 3 different levels.

I mean the ps5 was in life support mode. Maffetech visually sent me pictures of the problem which showed the bad damage, I’ll attach below. They also gave me a first time customer discount that I really needed. Maffetech even allowed me to work something out that involved a iPhone I had, which made the great price for the repair even greater. I tested the ps5 in the store and picked it up next day since I made a partial payment. If you live far away or close it doesn’t matter , this needs to be your #1 spot you go to , don’t even question your decision especially in regards to a PS5 because this was no little problem It had to do with broken factory pieces that are hard to find. Maffetech’s 5 star customer service, partial payments within 7 days, and iPhone trade in just made the whole experience trust worthy and manageable ! 5 star 5 star 5 star ! I’ll be back for any repair and my future kids will 2 ! Long live maffetech ! Great job !
