Had an excellent experience there. Another store held my laptop for a week, just to tell me they can't fix it without me having administrative privileges. Here, they spent 10 min to tell me the issue - a battery needed to be replaced, 2 business day to get a battery, and 10 more min to replace it. Very fast. And no silly claims like 'we need to do an image of your hard drive to replace a battery'. Thank you guys.
Brought my phone in for a screen repair only For it to stop working a week later. I then went back and they told me i was at fault and had to pay for it again. Then a week later it stops working and again I’m at fault. Would give them 0 stars if I could
iPhone 13 Pro Max screen replacement. Was a good price but now my phone lags big time. Never did this before. Turns out this can be an issue with aftermarket screens. I have reached out to them and I am hopeful they will make it right. ---Update--- He gladly replaced the screen again and it no longer lags. I would have given five stars, but the second screen color seems a little off, but no more lag so I can live with it.

Madison Phone Repair is an awesome new spot. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their selection of phones and computers is huge and the prices are even better. Recently helped me with some phone issues and I will be going back to grab a computer soon
