Being a female and knowing nothing about computers, what they need or how they run, Mike takes the time to slowly explain and in a manner that I understand. MAD computer services is the place to go. Absolutely amazing prices go along with the deal. I've gotten several computers from Mike. Whenever I'm having problems he can just remote into the computer and I don't even have to go to his shop!

Mike went above and beyond to fix my computer for me! He was very thorough with explaining each new part he added to my PC and had it fixed and ready to go the next day! Ram lighting quit working 2 months in, cpu overheating on idle, while gaming hitting 95 degree temps, nzxt cam says one fan isnt working, pc randomly shutting off, and just hit a blue screen. Mind you a $5500 pc. I would understand if it was a cheap build but nowhere near cheap.

I was putting this build off for awhile, I know enough about building PCs to probably mess something up. I'm glad I went to MAD Computer Services! Very happy with the build, Mike was awesome and very knowledgeable. I will be going back for more upgrades in the future!

Mike and the Guys at MAD are AWESOME. I had been looking to build a new PC for my Youtube channel for some time. Mike was will to talk with me in advance and helped pick out the parts what would work best for my build based on my needs. Let me tell you I'm blown with the attention to detail, and the price for the build, I honestly expecting more. The PC is a BEAST I love it!
