Had screen replaced on a MacBook pro back in May 2025 already crapped out. “Sorry it’s not under warranty anymore”. They use mostly non Apple parts so you get what you get. My computer always travels in a padded case, no drops, rough use etc. it’s my work computer so i need it to be reliable always. My opinion, Kinda pricey with potential for poor quality replacement parts.
Amazing service! Brought my laptop in that was having trouble — Sarah fixed it with no trouble. And for a very small fee. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Highly recommend!
