Great customer service, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Recommend without reservation. Have an old Mac Book Pro (2016) and they were able to diagnose my problem and give me some good options going forward.

Scam store, they have several websites with different names, all saying repair and data recovery, when I called for exactly that service they said they can’t do it. And worse if you even tried following all of Apples instructions for disk recovery, that they wouldn’t touch it. Makes me wonder what they actually do. Phone salesperson was rude, dismissive and disrespectful
