I purchased a washer/dryer combo a week ago that looked pretty good when we got it and we were told it had been tested and was in good condition. We paid for it, got it home, and after washing the first load, I put the clothes in and proceeded to push the button to dry the clothes and it doesn't work. We contacted Mack and was told he would send repair people out with the right part to fix it. They show up the next day and it turns out it's not the part they thought it was so, they leave and order the supposed part it needs and was told they would be back the next day. Here we are at the next day and now they are telling us the part is not in... I will be dropping the unit off tomorrow at their door asking for my money back. I've had it for a week and can't do laundry. I wanted to purchase a chest freezer from them, but I will NEVER shop here again.
