Great company to work with. Nice, responsive, and helpful employees, quote accurately matched what I was paid in the end. They sent me a box with a pre-paid UPS label and packing material enough to safely ship my Mac - saved so much money because of that (packing charges are huge at UPS). The money was directly deposited into my bank account a couple days after I confirmed the selling price. I highly recommend this company!

Seriously flawless experience. They couldn't make it easier. Out of 4-5 other sites they gave me the best quote for my iMac. They send the box - you put your computer in and take it to UPS - free of charge. Within 3 days the money was in my paypal account. I'm completely satisfied.
I was hesitant about the company because of its extremely competitive buyback offer, but I decided to try it out regardless. Heather offered excellent customer service with prompt responses. I requested the box and dropped off the computer at UPS with a tracking number. They made payment to my PayPal account on the same day they received my Macbook. Wonderful company.
