The nicest person you’ve ever talked to in your life. Getting your vacuum fixed/cleaned is the icing on the cake. We brought him our handheld Dyson that wasn’t sucking. He cleaned and worked his magic, it’s perfect now.

I have an upright Dyson vacuum, and the extension wand had loss suction power. The person who helped me (I believe the owner) was very friendly and personable. He located the issue, fixed it immediately on the spot. I highly recommend this business and would continue using them.
Mr. Macaulay is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and friendly. I brought 3 different vacuum cleaners to him over the years and received outstanding customer service. Thank you for everything.
I had a shark navigator vacuum that had lost suction. After going to several different vacuum repair businesses and getting lousy service I finally found the perfect repair shop. The gentleman I worked with was very friendly and informative. He was very straight forward with me and extremely knowledgeable about all makes of vacuums. He even took the time out to show me other models of my vacuum that had the same problem. He wasn't trying to up sell me on anything nor did he try to inflate the cost of the repair. We also had a good conversation about antique vacuums when I arrived to pick mine up. He let me test one of them out as well. Only p... I had a shark navigator vacuum that had lost suction. Long story short I ended saving so much money here compared to what I had previously been quoted at the other shops. Save yourself the hassle especially if your vacuum's warranty is expired or if you didn't purchase one
I brought my vacuum in about 4-5 years ago (during Covid). I lost my ticket to pick it up. When I called, the guy said he didn't know which one was mine without my ticket, so I was basically out of luck. Last week I got a voicemail from him saying he has my vacuum, and if I don't pick it up he's going to get rid of it. I've tried calling back four different times and can't get through-- busy signal, call drops immediately after he picks up, it's closed and there's no voicemail, etc. Guy, if you're reading this, please donate my vacuum. I'm not going to drive down there or put a letter in the mail to tell you this since my calls aren't getti... I brought my vacuum in about 4-5 years ago (during Covid). I'm sure you are as gifted a repairman as people say you are, but your communication methods leave a lot to be desired.
