Was in the market for an iMac but didn’t want to spend 1200 for a new one since I already have a M4 MacBook Air. I was able to find a used model that is in great condition. They had a great selection that were priced reasonably. Marcos was very helpful and knowledgeable about Apple products. Would definitely shop here again in the future!
My daughter cracked the screen on her MacBook Air and I was looking for estimates on repairs. One place quoted me $800 and I was ready to just buy her a refurbished one for much cheaper. Mac Outlet was able to replace the screen for less than half of the original quote and had it ready in an hour! Marcos even transferred all her stickers to the outside cover on the new screen. Just fantastic service.
These guys are freaking amazing!!! They figured out what was wrong with my MacBook Pro when the Apple Store couldn’t figure it out. So there is hope even if the Apple Store says they don’t know what the heck is going on. Come see these guys.
