Only a day before I was to leave for a vacation in Portugal I accidentally left my open MacBook out in the rain, and of course it caused problems. I was unable to start it so I called Ark and I was able to leave it at a drop off point only a few miles from my home.
Within days Ark contacted me via text message with the bad news that it would be very expensive to fix as the damage was extensive. He left the decision to me, but suggested that I would be better off to replace it. He helped me in my decision on which new Mac to purchase to best suit my needs.
The day after I returned from my trip. I can't adequately express how impressed I was with his knowledge, abilities and personable nature.
I highly recommend him for any of you Apple related needs.
