Hired M&L and Mark to repair rotted staircase, exterior siding and some miscellaneous items. Work was very high quality and price was reasonable. Also very responsive and professional. These guys know what they are doing and I would give them six stars if I could.
Couldn't have had a better experience than M&L. You always hear horror stories about getting good contractors, but I had such a wonderful experience throughout my project (replacing siding on the entire front of my house). This was my first big home project and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Elfego was so pleasant to work with and he was very patient with all my questions and requests. His craftsmanship and attention to detail blew me away, and I really felt he went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one.
