He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and explained his findings clearly and straightforwardly, without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. His approach felt genuine and trustworthy, and I really appreciated the care and integrity he showed throughout the visit.

Lyons was recommended by a friend who has used them for years and been very happy. Cris came out yesterday and did a free roof inspection. He felt we had a year or so of life left so recoating not needed now altho there are a couple of cuts in the coating, likely from new HVAC install last year. Cris recommended we think about full replacement as our next move (instead of recoating) as the foam layer is getting old and losing its slope so there is some water-pooling He left us with 3 estimates, based on length of warranty. While they seem high, they may be in line with current pricing. Cris was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything. It makes sense to get a 2nd bid.

Had Lyons Roofing install a new roof on my house. The Lyons Roofing team were excellent to work with. Lyons Roofing used their own associates, no sub-contractors. Eddie the Project Manager checked in on the project each day onsite to make sure the project was on track. The initially tile we picked wasn't a good match with our existing tile. Lyons Roofing tracked down the tile to match our existing tile. The project crew was prompt, worked hard, and left the site clean each day. Lyons Roofing takes the time to make sure the job is done right. Their knowledge and experience shows from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with Lyon Roofing.

Andy completed his work in a timely & thorough manner. Very informative & explained work steps in his roof inspection and tune-up. After inspection, completed roof tune-up. Also, cleaned out & replaced loose flashing. After cleanup was awesome. Very friendly and professional attitude.
