Dealing with Mr Joe Roth for the reconditioning of my Rolex was an outstanding experience. Both the cost as well as service time was less than other estimates and my watch looks as new as when my wife gave it to me as a wedding gift 38 years ago.
After my 27-year-old Submariner suddenly stopped working, I reached out to Joe Roth at Luxury Watch Service. I was initially uneasy about sending my treasured watch on a FedEx package but Joe explained that he would email me a pre-paid FedEx label which included insurance for the watch. After receiving my watch Joe reached out to me, explained the issue, what had to be done and gave me a clear quote for parts and for service. He also suggested that I changed the bezel insert on the watch, which had some dents and scratches. He clearly explained that the bezel insert change was not needed for the watch normal operation but that it would ma... The entire process took just over three weeks. And when I received my Submariner back, it looked like new...and the timing was perfect! Plus, enclosed was a detailed list of the service performed, the replaced parts, and their individual cost.
