After returning from vacation, we found our old water heater leaking, so it was definitely time for a replacement. I called Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC early in the morning, and Maxwell came out to our house that same afternoon to check things out and give us an estimate. i definitely suggest luke & sons plumbers llc! after our pressure tank burst late on a friday, it was almost impossible to find a plumber who’d answer for an emergency over the weekend. we reached out and even though maxwell was out of town, he still talked us through a temporary fix on the phone and helped us stop the water from spraying everywhere. he stopped by first thing monday to check things out and gave us an estimate, all without charging for his advice. even though we ended up choosing our regular plumber, the estimate was right on the money. very honest, skilled, and friendly service. would call again for sure!

If Google allowed more stars, I’d give these plumbers a perfect ten! Every time we’ve needed help, they’ve been quick to respond, professional, friendly, and best of all—affordable. Our first experience was when we needed someone to inspect and certify our backflow valve for our irrigation system after moving into our new house in El Paso. both my shower and toilet started backing up over the weekend. i called luke & sons plumbers llc early on a tuesday morning. even though they were super busy after the holidays, they managed to fit me in for a thursday appointment. since i had another working bathroom, waiting a couple of days was no problem. ryan showed up, figured out it was a main sewer line clog, removed the toilet, and cleared out the blockage fast. the plumbers are always friendly, know what they're doing, and get the job done right. i really appreciate the service here in el paso.

i've had a lot of different plumbing jobs done at my house over the years, from fixing leaky pipes to replacing old shut off valves in the bathrooms. most recently, i had a leaking shut off valve in the guest bathroom, and the plumber came out really fast. brent was right on time, super polite and friendly, and let me know exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. he replaced both valves quickly and cleaned up after himself. after a couple of days, i noticed a tiny drip, and ryan came out right away to tighten everything up and double check it. when a few drops showed up again the next week, ryan came back and swapped out th... Christopher from Luke & Sons Plumbers LLC came over to help clear out my drains. He got straight to work and explained the process clearly. The price was fair for the plumbing service provided. My house in El Paso is almost a century old with some unique plumbing quirks, and the drains are definitely one of them. there’s nothing better than same day plumber service, especially when things get busy around the holidays! my kitchen sink kept backing up, and nothing I tried would unclog it. i called for a plumber, and maxwell showed up really fast. he checked out the problem, cleared the clog, and even found a small leak under the sink that i didn’t notice. the customer service maxwell gave was top notch. now my weekend is stress-free and i don’t have to worry about plumbing problems. if you need quick, honest, and dependable plumbing work, i definitely recommend calling these folks!
