Took my tahoe there for a motor. They did it and yet it still ticks and now it needs another motor. I'm not impressed.

I went to this shop after my friend gave me such a great review. I told the man on the phone something was wrong with my tie rod and that something was loose. I showed up at 1:15 like I was told, they took my tire off and immediately started sawing off bolts. (WITHOUT ASKING ME OR LETTING ME KNOW) he was then on the phone with someone I asked what was going on & he said I need a new inner and outer tie rod. I just got new tie rods last year. I told him I was upset that he started sawing off bolts because I had a guy offering to fix the bolt for $20. MR L And His staff are great He was Reliable, well, well, qualified. Great timing great Pricing With a 30 day warranty? I was out of town visiting and I had a issue with my car overheating. Instead of him as others do when you are. a woman and unknown about cars? Well try to take advantage. He did none of that. He made me feel like he was On my side and he was here for me.
