Great customer service! Looking for all new kitchen appliances. Greeted promptly and answered all our questions. Product knowledge was endless, pointing out the pros and cons of the brands. We thought we wanted to stay with one brand but soon learned that was not necessarily the right way to go. Ryan made it easy to choose each appliance. Prices at LP are better than we expected, too.
We have purchased a dishwasher and an electric stove from LP appliance and have had excellent service, and will continue to use them in the future for our needs. They stand behind all their products .
If I could give a negotiate review I would. We have been calling non stop for a part we ordered 5 months ago for a washer dryer we bought from them a few years ago. We either don’t get called back or they give me the run around. Weird you think they would want to make money. I guess they don’t take care of their customers. We will never do business with these people again.
