started talking with Homer and was already stoked to have him over to do his magic. great guy, loved talking with him. fair price and offerings, and was done quick. rugs smell good and are ready to lay back down
Had and amazing experience with Homer at Loyal Carpet Cleaning! I manage a rental in Tacoma & the previous tenants had two dogs. When you walked into the place, the dog smell could smack you in the face. I was concerned that we would have to replace all the carpets. Not so with Loyal. Homer & his wife got in there and knocked it put in about an hour and a half. They did a great job and the dog smell was completely gone. The new tenant even came in and commented that the place smelled so nice! Very happy with the service. I will be calling Homer back again!
These people are the absolute best! I called them the weekend before asking for a Wednesday carpet cleaning. Homer agreed immediately, no problem at all. I had cats in my apartment who angry-peed on the carpet while I was packing to move—no smell at ALL after the cleaning. Homer sent me pictures of my clean carpets and of the dirt that came out of them to boot !! THANK YOU LOYAL, I will be coming to you if I need more carpet cleaning for sure!
